The Radiology plays an important role in diagnosis and treatment planning by performing high-resolution computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), bone density tests angiography, mammography, fluoroscopy, ultrasound (US), and X-rays. The images are sent to the image reading room through the picture archiving and communication system (PACS) to be examined by three radiologists for a diagnosis to determine the treatment approach and whether to perform surgery. After the examination, interventional radiation therapy may be performed as a non-surgical treatment.
