- Decision on hospitalization
- After emergency or outpatient treatment, if your doctor decides that you need to be hospitalized, please check in at the Admission and Discharge Desk on the first floor.
- Same-day admission: Fill out and submit the hospitalization agreement form at the Admission and Discharge Desk, and we will assign you a room.
- Hospitalization appointment: If you cannot be admitted on the same day due to surgery schedule, room availability, or patient's circumstances, you can make an appointment for hospitalization.
- You will be informed of the tests you need to undergo upon admission. Then, you will need to fill out a consent form, be appointed a room, and be guided to your room.
- The examination will proceed along with instructions from a nurse from the department where you were examined, and you will be guided to your ward.
- A nurse from your assigned ward will show you to your room and provide guidance on what you need during hospitalization.
- Nursing staffing level for integrated nursing care wards (one nurse for every ten patients and one nursing assistant for every patient)
- · Hospital rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- · Even if you request a multi-occupancy room, you may be assigned to a room of a higher grade depending on the availability of the booked rooms.
- · Depending on the availability of rooms on the day, your hospitalization may be postponed or your admission time may be delayed.

- The doctor in charge will decide whether to discharge you.
- You will be informed of the discharge procedure at the nurse's office in your ward. Please wait in your hospital room after receiving such information and you will be contacted after a review of the medical bill.
- Pay your medical bill and pick up the requested documents at the reception desk.
- Receive discharge medication
- Submit your medical bill receipt at the pharmacy on the basement floor to receive information on the discharge medications and obtain your medications.
- When you return home, take the discharge medications according to your doctor's prescription and visit the hospital in case of any abnormalities.
- · If you need a medical certificate, medical report, etc., please request such documents to the nurse's office in the ward by the day before your scheduled discharge.
- · Check with your insurance company the correct documents to send.
- · Requests made on the day of discharge may result in a delay in the discharge process.
